What are the dimensions of your tote bags?
Our tote bags measure 40cm (height) x 35cm (width), making them perfectly sized for daily essentials including a 14-inch laptop.
Is linen water-resistant?
While linen naturally has some water-repelling properties, it is not completely water-resistant. We recommend keeping your bag away from heavy rain or water exposure to maintain its quality.
Will the linen shrink after washing?
When cared for according to our instructions (hand wash in cold water), your linen tote should not experience significant shrinkage. Always follow our care guidelines to maintain the bag's shape and size.
How much weight can the tote bag hold?
Our totes are reinforced with double-stitching and can comfortably carry up to 5kg. However, we recommend distributing weight evenly to maintain the bag's structure.
Do the totes come with interior pockets?
Yes, each tote includes an interior pouch perfect for securing smaller items like phones, keys, and wallets.
Will the colour fade over time?
Natural linen may experience some subtle fading over time, particularly with exposure to direct sunlight. This aging process adds to the unique character of each bag while maintaining its functionality.
Are your totes suitable for travel?
Absolutely! Our totes are designed with travel in mind, featuring durable construction and ample space. They're perfect as a carry-on bag or day bag while exploring new destinations.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary by region: Hong Kong (1-2 business days), Macau/Mainland China/Taiwan (2-4 business days), and International destinations (4-7 business days). All orders are shipped via SF Express. More information on our shipping page.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping within Hong Kong. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size. More information on our shipping page.
What is your return policy?
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery if items are damaged during transit, have manufacturing defects, or were incorrectly delivered. All items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on non-faulty products. More information on our returns page.
Can I get a refund if I don't like the product?
We do not process refunds for non-defective products. We recommend reviewing product details carefully before purchasing.
How do I request an exchange?
Email contact@thebalancedlife.co with your order details, reason for exchange, and supporting photos/videos. We'll review your request within 3-5 business days.
