Shipping Costs
Local (Hong Kong)
We offer free shipping for all of Hong Kong.
International
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- Destination country/location
- Size/weight of the package
The final price, excluding taxes and duties, will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery
If a customer refuses delivery, items will be returned to our Hong Kong warehouse, and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Note: Address changes after shipping will incur additional charges.
Delivery Time
We offer express shipping on all orders. Standard processing takes 1-3 business days from order date, with possible delays during sales and holiday periods. Here are the delivery times by region:
Hong Kong: 1-2 business days
Macau, Mainland China and Taiwan: 2-4 business days
International: 4-7 business days
Shipping carrier: SF Express (Delivery times exclude customs clearance)
We partner with SF Express for all deliveries. You'll receive tracking details via email once your order ships.
Delivery Date and Time Selection
Unfortunately, specific delivery dates and times cannot be selected.
Order Tracking
Following shipment, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information. This data can also be accessed at any time from your account.
Exchanges & Returns
Hong Kong and All Regions
We accept exchanges if the purchased product (i) is damaged during transit (ii) suffers from a manufacturing defect; (iii) is wrongly delivered. Exchange within 7-day inspection period, starting day after receipt. Unfortunately, we do not process refunds for non-defective products.
Exchange Request
To request an exchange, email contact@thebalancedlife.co with:
- Subject line: "Exchange Request"
- Your order number, name, and phone number
- Reason for exchange (appraisal period or defective product)
- Photos/videos showing damage (for defective items) or product condition (for non-defective returns)
We'll review your request within 3-5 business days and send a confirmation email once processed. All returns must comply with our Exchange Policy.
Important: All items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns that show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
